Moreso the fact it got more preposterous and unfunny with each episode.

Also I fucken hate horse racing and that subplot was beyond stupid.

    Fallen (1998)

Predictable, unoriginal rubbish, not even saved by Donald Sutherland, Denzil Washington & John Goodman

    Rolling Stones sequence awesome

Without the music it would have been 2 out of 5.

Sad thing was the acting was actually pretty good and the premise OK - just felt the plot, writing and denouement was poor.

    The long kiss goodnight

Something to watch on Netflix after the Rugby, 90s as all hell but Geena Davies is pretty hot ( I never thought this previously, I must be getting old ) and SLJ is funny as a really funny movie character. So many classic lines.

3.5 being Franks out of 5 being Ernests

    Peninsula (Train to Busan 2)

Not a patch on the 1st one.

    Some very average CGI too.

2.75 12 year old drifters out of 5 yeah you have time to hug

That's annoying, I was actually looking forward to seeing this!

God damn she was hot, nasty and slutty in Showgirls. What a movie.

She reminds me of the chick that played catwoman in the 60s TV show

Definite resemblance. Not sure if Catwoman spent a whole movie nude though

Tenet: Christopher Nolan's new movie, which may be the most Christopher Nolany of all his films.

I actually need to rewatch it to know whether I like it or not.

It has a cracking opening sequence.

    This is one long trailer.

Just got back from this, I actually have a similar opinion to Nepia.

A couple of awesome sequences for sure, can get a little confusing and probably not the best choice to watch with a hangover. That said, it kept me intrigued start to finish and it’s not a short movie either. Not your standard action flick and if you don’t like riddles wrapped in enigmas you probably won’t like this.

Won’t write anything about the plot though as don’t want to spoil for others.

Not a patch on Inception, 3 (omitted for spoilers) out of 5 ethnically diverse casts. Good enough battle scenes were a bit lame, lack of enemies/threat
