@Nepia I agree he is a douche of the highest order but undeniably has the talent. Warriors have signalled their intentions with some of the previous players they were chasing that they clearly do not subscribe to the no dick head policy when recruiting.
If they did get him and the club can turn him around then a massive gain, he is a pack leader, otherwise likely just another coach killer in the merry go round of failed Warriors rebuilding attempts.

As much as I’d love to believe that, I doubt the Bunnies players would know the ladder let alone how to read points and percentages...

I thought the Warriors looked brilliant in the first half, and had the Raiders by the scruff of the neck.
That bloody intercept try changed the momentum Canberra's way, and that was that.What did Twain say - 'It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.'
You can't help but admire the Warriors at the moment.

Geez he'll be hard to replace and hopefully he hasn't just set us all up for massive disappointment next year if the Warriors inflated tickers all shrink over the off season... -

Instead they conceded twice within 5 minutes and the game had turned.. However unlike almost every other team not playing for anything on the weekend (and normally the warriors themselves), they didn't give up.
Payten is the biggest loss this year for me. Anyone who can change a mindset around that quickly is to be respected. Nathan Brown although probably optimistic about the side, is probably not too happy that he will be compared to Payten and not Kearney
