Just watched it, think your original score is closer. Some good bits, some great uncomfortable moments, but lots of meh.

This is a must see.

We have a special set of lights for you around here. You would probably see two crashes (they aren't really accidents as the council has basically planned them) in the time it took to watch the movie.
