Classic French fullback taken out by his own player when jumping to catch a kick but thought it was a Welsh. Acts like he's been hit in the head with a bat, trainer comes on and must have told him it was his own player so he springs back to his feet as the ball starts coming back in his direction.

    Welsh defensive structure lacking.

    Own worst enemies.

    France punished slack Welsh play.

Still anyone's match at this point.

Virimi Vakatawa is a fantastic centre. Both on attack and defence. Love watching him play.

Very open game. 31-21. France the better team, but have conceded 13 penalties to Wales' 4. Dupont the French Half Back fantastic again.

Ohhhh...that was slick from Thomas. France will win.

The difference probably just comes down to Dupont. He was electric. Wales halfbacks were ponderous.

All over. France 38 Wales 21. France developing some very good players. Dupont probably the world 's best player in 2020.

Talk about the sporting highlight of 2020.

When Scotland Rugby is strong, World Rugby is strong.

4th loss in a row for Wales. Wayne Pivac not really getting his team firing. WRFU must be tempted to make an approach for Razor's services as Head Coach.

If I were you I wouldn’t take anything I post on here too seriously.

This is even more apt when I’m discussing Scottish Rugby.

One of my Scottish mates waxing lyrical about MotM Hamish Watson, on how 'even Gatland' must pick him. My reply, mate, it's only Georgia. He got in a huff

@Machpants I'm not sure that being a Gatland pick would be a great commendation this year..

This Welsh team is rubbish. Their forwards are slow and clumsy, their backs pedestrian and have no organization whatsoever in defence.
After a slow start, the French attack and work at the breakdown were impressive. Big game from Baille, Dupont, N'tamack and Vakatawa. Did you know that the latter was NZ born ?

    Even money bet these days.

Just watching the replay of this fixture and economics must be bad in the NH. Wales wearing Liverpool's new shirts.

Interesting to hear the commentators talk about France's buildup to hosting the next World Cup. After years of ignoring the Junior Rugby Champs they have won the last 2 and those young players are starting to come through.
