At least twice the Panthers tried to go from dummy half from quick plays and Storm markers not square. No penalty.

refs clearly reluctant to penalise or use 6 again so far early, lets see if that continues..almost playing SOO type of reffing rules

I don't watch much League, but when I do the general rule of thumb appears to be that whenever Gould says one team is dominating then the other team scores.
