Prefer we put the attacking kick away.

I suspect we're using it to keep them guessing, but reckon we've blown a few points not keeping it in hand.

    But ...

    ... much better performance...

    ... so far

Back line attack looks pretty tepid.

Its certainly not a great backline

Actually the backs look ok. Just impatient with kicking and it’s accuracy.

Pretty much sums it up. Jordie's been far more involved but with bugger-all impact. Swap him for Reiko I reckon.

Have to say that Caleb Clarke has a great all-round game - not just a dangerous openfield runner.

First 20, hurting all blacks proving a point.

    Second 20, fozzie takes over...again

On watching the Caleb missed try he had to come in to catch the ball then got an ankle tap as he went for the corner , hence the Unco looking stumble

Watching the scrums again, Akira and SB really seem to have added some oomph.

And Laulala can scrum better than Lomax.

Ooh I forgot Rieko is on the bench, I think he'd do well here...

Need more punch at 12 for me. Goodhue just isn’t doing enough there, he’s not doing too much wrong but him and ALB are far too similar and it’s easy pickings for the defence.

Jordie isn’t a winger as we all know and Beaudy just hasn’t hit his straps. He either needs to go back to 10 or to the bench.

Keen to see Jordan come on aswell, he was fire for the Crusaders this year.

Very un-fern-like to watch a replay rather than blindly defend your initial opinion!

A more clinical AB team would have put this game beyond reach, already.

The maligned Scott has been the best Barrett so far! 🙂

Well, **** And only a small portion of credit goes to the defense.

Our ability to beat defender 1-on-1 is evident, but mostly it's decision making that is killing us. Such a clear lack of patience and a want for the hero pass/kick.

    Very hard to watch.

That's test footy. Just hope the ground work we've laid pays dividends.

Coz hanging on desparately and staying in the contest is also test footy.

But not the best forward. Close but no cigar.

    Against newbies? Sure.

I'm not sure this is a fair comparison.

The player is two metres in touch - That's a try - clear as day!

@Kiwiwomble probably blame Coles more for that tbf to Jordie.

@ACT-Crusader Unfortunately there just isn't a big, powerful, quality 12. Two skillful and accurate 13s, but neither are good 12s at test level.

@Tim hmm dunno, I'd say ALB is a 12 but Fozzie thinks otherwise.
