Star Wars VII ****contains spoilers****

@MN5 this is something that only occurred to me last night, whos going to answer his call?! we're obviously going to see Mando getting a posse together...but are we going to get to meet another jedi come to save sweet baby Grogu?
@voodoo yes, tv show set about 5 years after Return of the jedi (the birth of the new republic). The show runner also did two animated series (Clone war, Rebels) and we've starting to see some characters from those in live action

Well lets see, Mando has the makings of a fucken good gang. Him, Boba, Fennec, Cara, Greef ( even the cowardly blue guy can come along, he seems good at bypassing computers etc ), the three Mandos, Cobb, the bald guy in prison ( plus maybe his two companions if they don't bear a grudge against Mando ), Ashoka.......
All of them combined could take out a legion of Storm Troopers without breaking a sweat. In true movie fashion about half of them would die of course then things would get a lot tougher when the dark troopers get involved.......but the next two episodes could be absolute dynamite.

Seven Samauri might be a good hint.

@Kirwan yeah, thought I would go the more mainstream version, could also have gone with oceans 11 montage
I'm just not sure that people like Bo Katan care enough about Grogu or owe Mando enough to help him just yet, maybe Cobb, could be some tension if he sees bob wearing "his" armor

I might rewatch.
I also mentioned the cowardly blue guy if only for attempted comic relief. The rest are all tough as fuck, they need him as a more grounded character.

I though Gina was very good when Mando comes too her. She was all "i'll help you if I can" until he says they took the child, then just with her eyes shes all...

I'll never forget the whole cinema cracking up, we expected Jango to threaten Obi Wan with a broken crate bottle right then and there.
