<p>I wouldn't take someone who was obese because they'd have trouble fitting under houses and up in a roofspace. Oddly enough when I was an apprentice most of the older guys were fat buggers and now they aren't so much anymore at all. </p> -

In an office context, it'd have to be very close between two candidates before I'd be too worried about weight. The best worker I've ever had was (at the time) seriously large, yet compared to her skinnier counterparts...
