Well, they are smashing Prada (Edit: Luna Rossa?)Incredible, 12 knot winds and up to 40 knot boat speed.
@Crazy-Horse it is amazing to watch those boats, the acceleration they get as well.

Fuck. Off. That is some straight-up bullshit.
A flagrant disregard for the basic laws of physics on par with the Japanese and their goddamn iceblocks you need a BBQ to eat. -
@Hooroo >3mins

TNZ looked good. A win by 3:13.
3.13 Seconds or 3 mins 13 secs??
Or Three hours and thirteen minutes?

Be interesting to see if there's that disparity amongst the challengers and what improvements they can make.

it is apparent they have drier powder

@antipodean TNZ vs USA in race 4 will give us a better gauge of relative boat speeds.

Ainslie and Team UK are not looking good. The criticism of their boat seems on the money.
Imagine going to sponsor meetings based on this performance.
-
Watching USA go into one of the turns at what seemed close to full speed and maintain it was amazing.
Those things are a sight to behold!

Ratcliffe has got billions to spare.
But he won't like funding losers. They are meant to be racing Luna Rossa next race.

So - I finally managed to get some coverage of this... and just saw the UK give up on this race... did the same happen in the previous?
And it seems... that if they ain't moving, these boats are pretty much useless?@Kruse yeah I dont think they have sleeping quarters, rod holders or even a fridge for the beers.

No fridge? That is the last fucking straw... it's one thing to disregard physics, but forgetting the beers is grade-A fluffybunnery.

Americans look to have some speed.
