    Certainly much more likable

    🤔 Huh?

    McGrath was one of the most two-faced sooks around in test cricket.

    I thought you were saying more likeable than Hazlewood. Carry on.

    Nah, I actually really quite like most of the current Aussie team. Including Warner funnily enough, especially based on his lockdown chats with Kane the God. Lyon however is someone I would hold a pillow over his face . Plus I really rate Justin Langer and Tim Paine - great combo at the helm in more than just playing respects

    India in the lead and will build into the afternoon. Rain around so playing time will be questionable.

    Rahane doing a great job as Captain.

    It's really noticeable how much quicker the bowlers are from both teams compared to Boult and Southee.

    Aussie bowling quartet of Starc, Cummins, Hazelwood and Lyon is the best in the world by some distance.

    @ACT-Crusader

    I thought this was an interesting stat as a comparison after 17 tests played together.

    I was trying to think of a better quartet for Oz in my lifetime and that one mentioned was excellent. Obviously when Lee came into the side in 99, the other 3 had all experienced quite a bit of success.

    Light could be an issue. It’s gone pretty dark here in Melbourne.

    Between Gilchrist, Lee and Mark Howard, could the cheerleading of the Aussies get any louder...

    Rahane with a lovely cut for 4 to bring up the ton. Brilliant batsman and hard not to like the guy as well.
