@Nepia its an interesting idea...if you paying for Tarantino...surely you want a Tarantino style film

just to be clear, I would 100% go and watch a Tarantino Star Trek Film

He would have to squeeze Sam L Jackson in there, and if he did would that make him the only person to star in a SW and ST film?

I mentioned that above, and Marvel too. But Greg Grunberg, the chubby mate of JJ has appeared in both series.

I just searched, there are a few but mostly providing voices to aliens in SW, looks like only one has appeared as a live action human in both

    https://www.cbr.com/actors-in-star-trek-and-star-wars/

i think a few more have appeared in Marvel and ST, Chris Hemsworth and benedict cumberbatch just off the top of my head

SW seems to favour less well known people, SLJ and Liam neeson excluded of course...unless im missing some obvious? even ewan mcgregor was still reasonably young

It would seem a little too obvious. But SW could get QT in to make a Mace Windu movie

In fact it seems very obvious. Tarantino loves all the classic Samurai movies, I would pay to see that

    Zombieland: Double Tap

Tough gig to live up to the original with a fairly unique premise but was great and did its job, made we want to see another. Fun as.

    4 hairballs out of 5 T-700s.

Funny but not as good as the original. 3 at best.

@antipodean yeah, tough act to follow as it's "already been done", but I thought they did really well, it certainly wasn't a flop which it easily could have been (and I have the original at probably 4.5).

Watched True Lies (Schwarzenegger & Jamie Lee Curtis) for the first time in a decade or so. Just a really, really fun movie.
