    @Stargazer What restaurant is that? I assume it's down the old West End near that Asian place on the corner?

    @Victor-Meldrew The problem with that is that if you pronounce it correctly then it completely doesn't work.

    @Nepia I didn't recognise it, but noticed the "Hutchinson's" on the window of the store across the street. I looked it up on Google maps, and I think the restaurant is Sazio Pasta Bar (215 Heretaunga St E).

    Hmmm, is that end turning into a trendy (for Hastings) eating area?

    If the travel bubble ever opens up I guess I can check it out.

    @Stargazer It is Sazio. It's a pretty decent little restaurant to be fair. No fear of the area becoming trendy though, the Common Room is still a couple of doors away!

    @Wairau I've done that, in the UK running on a trail with flint on it, slipped on a down hill section, 8 stitches in my hand.

    @taniwharugby ouch! I scraped my head, ankle, and after 3 weeks my thumb was sprained, is still stiff (x-rayed it, no fracture). I did some pull-ups yesterday 🙂 And my achilles has been sore since then-I still had to run 30 minutes back with a niggle...

    This is a fun web game - like Geoguessr but with video.

    City Guesser - Can you guess what city you're in?

    City Guesser - Can you guess what city you're in?

    City Guesser is a game that plops you into a random city and forces you to guess where you are at!

    @Tim

    That’s cool, do you get more points for guessing quickly? My friends and I used to spend hours on Geoguesser and it did t seem to matter

    @gt12 No unfortunately. Those games need better scoring.

    Geoguessr has time limited games, and ones where you can't move around but have to get the country or state correct.

    I participated in a Twitch stream, during a lockdown, where collectively we got over 120 consecutive countries correct on one-drops. It was fun.

    That's cool, I should have kept playing that geoguessr then.I might have our game for this weekend's remote b-day!

    Fuck, literal tears in my eyes trying not to laugh-inappropriately-out-loud in the office.
    This video should be shown to kids as an advisory - NEVER show fear in front of your mates.

    The screams are what got me.

    Here's the handy translation;

    "It's mostly incoherent screaming, but here's what I could hear

    Mask Dude: "I wanna feed him"

    Camera Dude: "Here feed him"

    Camera Dude: "Here give him, give him"

    Camera Dude: "What's with the fear? You told me the fear's gone"

    Mask Dude: "He's biting me!"

    Camera Dude while laughing nonstop at the end kept repeating "I swear" something, and "Oh My God""
