I've downloaded the series, and watched the first episode... and all I'm thinking of, as each new female character is presented, is... "Is it your tits I'm going to see?"And then the bird from that old cold-cases type show (Unforgotten) appears, and I'm thinking " oh shit, no... "; and then there's Billie Piper turn up, and I'm thinking "oh, maybe, but... not sure if I'm that fussed", etc, etc.

Started on Loudermilk yesterday. Thought it might be a bit of a dud but actually quite liking it so far.
"Centers on Sam Loudermilk, a recovering alcoholic and substance abuse counselor with a bad attitude."
It was that clip on the grumpy old man thread that led me to give this a try late last night. Easy 5 eps in a row before sleep won out.
Some great lines and scenarios. At times it gets close to Gervais like no holds barred abuse -

Watched a few eps of Upload (love series with eps under 30 mins) and seems decent, some parts reminding me of The Good Place (which isnt a surpirse given both dealing with the 'afterlife')
Just finished watching Devs. I think I was ultimately disappointed, especially when taking into account Alex Garland's other work.
It's first few episodes were really good but it didn't stick the landing. And what the hell happened to her friend that helped her in the office, she just straight up disappeared from the show like she was Richie Cunningham's older brother.
It reminded me a bit of Tenet - good (probably great) filmmakers who tried to get a little too tricky.
