Are the worst value tickets in the world, those to the woman's final of any grand slam tournament? Has there ever been an epic match where one game was worth the admission price alone? I can tell you the conditioning (or lack thereof) of ladies would make five sets totally tedious.
Women’s tennis just isn’t as exciting a sport, as demonstrated unequivocally by viewing figures. It is what is.
Then I don’t understand how they can claim equal pay. But I do recall a rare female 5 setter years back between Steffi Graf and Anker Hüber. It was a great game. I think the woman are more than capable of playing 5 sets, but obviously they don’t have to and train accordingly.

Give men and women players an equal percentage of the revenue generated by their matches. Sorted.

Didn't realise the NZ connection with Norrie. Born in SA to British parents who moved him to NZ when he was 3. According to Wiki, low funding from tennis NZ may be a reason he is now representing GB. Pity, we are well overdue a decent tennis player.
