I disagree that Holland needs to go I think the issue is higher up.

Unsure where you get this from
But TBH if I was a very promising young player living in the Canes region and a Canes fan. If all the teams wanted to sign me I doubt if I would sign for the Canes as it is now (esp a taller lock or a 6. And a centre). And a big factor in this is the coaches

But TBH if I was a very promising young player living in the Canes region and a Canes fan. If all the teams wanted to sign me I doubt if I would sign for the Canes as it is now (esp a taller lock or a 6. And a centre). And a big factor in this is the coaches
@winger having Coles on the sidelines hasn’t helped aswell. Perenara and Coles are probably the two players that usually bring that extra bit of fizz that more often than not gets the boys up and passionate for the jersey.

For who hasn't noticed: there is a second picture with the Hurricanes U20s (contenders) squad. Just click on the ">".I wish this game was televised!
No Tyrone Thompson in the Hunters' team; so either he's injured or they keep him ready for the main game, just in case the coke sniffer falls over his boot laces.

@mikey07 Yet another perplexing selection at 15 there from the selectors. A Morgan has only ever played at first five in the games he has played at Premier level for his club during his time in Wellington.

I imagine they're wanting to give Love experience at 10 (given he is 1 injury away from potentially starting there for the 'Canes), but are reluctant to start him there without a bit of support. So it's all about Love, and nothing to do with Morgan. Which isn't a bad life philosophy.
I don't imagine they're grooming Morgan to play fullback on a more regular basis (fingers crossed they're not, anyway).

@stargazer my understanding is that’s he’s injured but I don’t have any further info around what injury etc. hopefully it’s not serious.

@bobily2 I think you’re right. With J Barrett hopefully our long term option at 15, they may see Love as our longer term 10 moving forward, therefore giving him the reigns now against lesser opposition is important.

Yeah I agree with what everyone else has said Morgan is simply there because they want to use Love at 10had JGB not been injured id imagine it would be Morgan/Leger at 10 and love at 15.
