To be fair he has been decidedly average so fat yhis year though, and perhaps that may have something to do with the 9-10 combo. Be loody hard to shine outside them!

I highly doubt Brown would refrain from playing his best 23 in a must-win game. Highlanders beating Canes could be the difference between finishing 3rd or 4th.

That is going to be really interesting. The coaches insist that Love is an outside back that can play 10 not the other way around. Basically putting him in the same boat as Jordie.
IMO they would be stupid not to take an opportunity to try him at 10 given the season circumstances in that position.@crucial to be fair Beaudy started out as a fullback before moving into 10. Hopefully Love gets a run there late in the match.

youre not wrong but i dont think Punivai has done enough to say he's the clear option, he's been solid but hasn;t owned it like Nareki has on the other side
