The Rugby Championship has more skill and is easier on the eye, but this is why the 6N is the best rugby competition.

    Unexpected but deserved winners.

I can only think he wanted to finish level on Wales on points. Don’t think it changed final standings either way.

First win in Paris for Scotland since the last round of the final Five Nations, in 1999.

Scotland have also paid back the favour that Wales did them that same weekend - 24 hours after they beat the French, we beat England, to hand Scotland the championship on points difference. England were going for the Grand Slam, and were winning by 6 with 3 minutes to go, when Scott Gibbs slalomed though the defence to score. Neil Jenkins nailed the conversion, and Wales won 32-31.

    Debt repayed in kind.

@cgrant I really don't understand how people are picking Watson over Rees-Zammit.

Haha, not easy to forget! Especially with Watson's defensive issues.

France being France again. I must replay the interview with Serge Betsen telling us the the flaky, unpredictable France was a thing of the past.

Anyway a good showing from the Jocks, congratulations @MN5 and any other Sweaties around but bigger congratulations to @MiketheSnow and @GibbonRib for winning the title. I’ve been looking for reasons why you don’t deserve it but can’t find any. Enjoy the moment guys, well done.

It's been 10 years since a non-ANZAC coach has won the Six Nations.

Three wins from five and still in the bottom half of the table. Ah well thems the breaks.

We should finally see a few Scottish lions for the first time in ages. Hogg, Van Der what’s his name, Russell, Watson and Gray all in with a shoot
