AB Black were terrible. They had the experience on their side but were static. Passing to players in poor positions, zero penetration.
Maybe it’s getting close to retirement for some of those guys.
AB White were the Joe Webber show. He was on fire

Well I've only seen the highlights, but I was expecting something completely different after reading this, rather than the 1 try win by a team with such inexperience like Webber, Molia, Knewstubb, Joass, Nicole, Ware....

Curry and Warbrick were a little hesitant at times as were some of the newbies. But the other experienced hands seemed fairly accurate to me. Coombes Fabling stood out with his try saving cover tackle and elusiveness.

I see that ENS is definitely going to the Sevens squad. Was always the plan and Chiefs coaches have been planning for it all along.

That is probably why Naholo is now training with the Chiefs, and there is also Wainui, Stevenson, Tiatia and Sullivan that can play on the wing.

I laughed at ENS's comments about having to buy a new set of lungs and legs when he transitions to sevens.

He'd be right. Bastard of a game.

Interesting that ENS and Clarke are both straight in. The transition work between XVs and 7s won't be complete but is obviously considered good enough.

It’s only a warm up series, they’re in to speed up their transition I guess
