<p>Of players on the course still, Matsuyama had a couple of birdies in a row to get to -2 (-2 for day) otherwise most have gone backwards.</p>

<p>BUbba Watson, Adam Scott sitting on the wrong side of the cut line right now (although Scott has 7holes to play including the very birdie-able 15th</p> -
<p>and just as I post, Speith and Dechambeau (playing together) make bogey on 16 and Scott birdie on 12 to move above the projected cutline</p>

<p>another bogey on 17 opened the door for Bubba to make the cut and brings the field closer.</p>

<p>Conditions are pretty rough (for Augusta) </p> -
<p>Yep, Speith is +3 for the day and finishes with par on 18 for -4</p>

<p>So Lee is 2 back, plenty of talent within striking distance for day 3</p> -
<p>ouch, Dechambeau (A) had a 7 on the last to drop back to even for the tournament.</p>

<p>Setting up beautifully with Jordan and Rory in the last group. If conditions improve then it's hard to see anyone else in the green jacket. But if they keep getting worse...</p>

<p>My theory is that if you are within 5 shots of the leader, you are in it. So there are still plenty of guys in with a shot. If the wind starts blowing, and someone like JDay or Matsuyama shoots -3 and Jordan and Rory stay where they are or even go backwards... game on.</p> -

<p>Ouch, rough finish for Spieth: bogey-double, has a 1 stroke lead over Smylie Kaufman at -2, Langer, Matuyama -1 and Day and Dustin lurking at even.</p>

<p>Spieth dropped out to $2, which is pretty decent odds now I'd say, was 1976 last time someone went wire to wire and Spieth now lead the Masters 6 straight rounds.</p>

<p>Yeah you'd think Jordan should do it, he still had 2 doubles out there in tough conditions, Matsuyama didnt putt well and you;d think Langer hit his ceiling today??</p>
