@kirwan yeah I am not sure how I feel about that, that is up there with Point Break and a couple others I watched have watched over and over in the 80/90s, and they made a hatchet job of 'Point Break'

I watched a tiny bit of The Highlander several years ago, but stopped it as it hadnt aged well and I didnt want to distort my memories of it haha

Yeah this one is ripe for a reboot if they do it right. Cavill is great with swords too, so well cast.

Will they use the Queen soundtrack?!?

@kirwan have to, given who wants to live forever was supposedly inspired by scenes in the movie!

I have that 'Kind of Magic' cd still, so many great tracks that just fitted perfectly.

@bovidae Yeah that was choice. Well, it was back in the early 90's. I don't think I ever saw the last season.

@bovidae I remember it, but never watched it, in fact I think I may have only ever watched the original movie and the 2nd Highlander movie...nothing after that.

Due to a serious heart condition and a hypoxic brain injury,  i have to give up motorcycling at the ripe old age of 72.  with stiff shoulders a aching back and dodgy knees i managed my final laps on my sons awesome Ducati V4 Panigale. my failing eyesight and excessive flatulence didn't slow me down as its a extremely fast lap.
