@antipodean oh so you heard of Swept Away then?
Revolver was shit too. Aladdin wasn't much better. Thats King Arthur or what ever it was pretty bad too, the parts where it wanted to be a blockbuster CGI movie anyway. The smaller moments were ok.
I never had. And I wish I hadn't googled it. 3.6 on IMDB? 5% on Rorten Tomatoes???!!!!

Were those made while he was with Madonna? I unsubscribed at that point and consider them a free pass. I don't recall thinking King Arthur stunk.

@antipodean I enjoyed King Arthur too

@antipodean I saw an article that said Arthur needed a rewatch and second chance. I did just so and felt that the more "Ritchie" moments were good. But the parts where they had skyscraper sized pachyderms and the more fantasy type stuff wasn't very enjoyable, for me.

Wrath of Man
Any of you finish this and can tell me if it's worth persevering with? There's none of the humour I associate with Guy Ritchie and its simply too slow in the build up. Laborious viewing thus far.
I think any director who starts with a one-two punch of brilliant films like he did will always struggle with anything that comes out afterwards
True but he's done pretty damn well up until now not to have a Godfather III or a Matrix sequel etc. I suppose every director is permitted one donkey.
Rock n Rolla is a bloody entertaining romp as well to be fair.

@bayimports definatey, watched the 3 wick films and little changes between them

So new to Netflix Australia I watched the american version of Oldboy movie last night
highlight include..
High violence
Elizabeth Olsen tits out
weird sick storySo I am not going say too much as there is a big twist at the end, but it was a pretty stupid movie, some funny brutal moments but I cant unsee what i saw given the twist
3 sick fks out of 5 shotguns to the head shots

ha ha just remember this is a bat shit crazy storyline with a very sick twist...most will hate it..probably would have got 1-2 stars if it wasnt for the fact that Elizabeth Olsen did indeed get the puppies out to play

Have you seen the original? The Koreans took a sicker resolution to that twist than the seppos.
But - a fucking good movie, the best of a fucking good trilogy.
