    Watching the extended highlights now.

FML. Nicholls and Conway were cruising, and then Nicholls just stuffed up a bouncer and got out. Then it's a damn procession. So 90's craps it's not funny.

Here's hoping the English go the same way tonight

goddamn this is a horrible collapse to watch.

And then at 18/2 we were in it. FFS.

I thought we were past doing shit like this, but no. We let the Poms off the hook two times in the same day

I commend you, old bean, on speaking as a loyal subject should when looking in on how the lads are doing against the auld enemy in mother England, eh what?

That sentiment is encouraged by having just consulted ESPN Cricinfo scorecard and discovering the bloody drongos there have surrendered and now list the batsmen as "batters"! Aaarrrggghhh!

Cheerio then, tally ho, pip pip and all that! 😧 😧

Persistent rain in North London. Start of play delayed. Puddles growing. Unlikely to be any play until well into this afternoon.

only 12 wickets down so far after 2 days. Losing a day would probably mean a draw at this stage

Pissing it down where I am and I assume at Lords too. Can't see any play until tea at the earliest if at all today. Draw looking more likely.

I'll be surprised if there is any play today at all. I'm about 50k south of Lords which is the direction the weather is coming from. It's not stopped raining all morning and continues to drizzle now.

In better news, the forecast for Saturday / Sunday is superb. Won't lose any overs and will be able to make up some.

Still raining and set to rain past 6pm. Can't see any play happening in the Test today.

They will try to make it up with long days' play on Saturday and Sunday.

so, 6 1/2 sessions available. We're 270 runs in front, they are 8 wickets down.

Three sessions gets us to parity, which leaves 3 1/2 sessions to set a target and bowl out the opposition, or roll us and chase it.

Honestly, unless a side collapses spectacularly, this is heading towards a draw. Damn rain.

@mn5 you dick!! that made me snort coffee on my keyboard 😂 😂

Stink there wasn't any play @nzzp, yeah it totally feels like a draw unless shit goes sideways. Then again if there is still a lot of moisture in the pitch when they resume we could see some spicy bowling conditions.

@paekakboyz the rest probably benefits us though, giving our bowlers time off

The implementation of the Anti-Discrimination Code of Conduct will build on the work the ECB has undertaken to tackle discrimination and promote greater inclusion and diversity across the game.

But not for Ollie who we've sanctimoniously excluded
