Cricket 2021: NZ in England and WTC Final
-
Another one. Bracey. Bowled Patel. Six down.
-
England 71 for 6. Still one hour left today. England need 14 runs to make NZ bat again. The crowd are now very, very, very quite.
-
Jeremy Coney "The bowling has been tidy, but England have been a wee bit culpable as well."
-
This in part is why I didn't think they were up for chasing at Lords basically everyone in that top order is under serious pressure aside from Burns and Root (who has the weight of the side on him).
A couple of early wickets and they have just carved through them.
Zaltsman was saying on TMS that England already have the second most ducks in the Top 6 in a calendar year in history and it's not even June.
-
Root out. Caught behind off Patel. 11 from 61 balls. 76 for 7. Still 9 runs behind.
-
Looks like this might be over and dusted inside 3 days.
-
England now ahead. Wood putting bat on ball.
-
Decent partnership from Stone and Wood.
-
England 30 ahead. This will go into Day 4.
-
Wood out. Hit one in the air. England 8 down.
-
Broad Bowled by Boult. 121 for 9. It smells like victory.

What did we do to Holding?
Think NZ have bowled Average, England just poor. Said it about 10 times. After going on and on yday about dropped catches, seems he cannot give us credit.
Why the fucks he commentating anyway?
Yeah I don't understand why they canned Gower and Botham but kept Holding.
-
Close of play on Day 4. England 122 for 9. 37 ahead.
