Nuggets vs Suns this arvo NZT. Will we run roughshod over them again, or will Jokic and co show some ticker? Maybe they need to be 0-3 in this series in order to stoke up another comeback as they did twice in the bubble?

@mariner4life I expected them to bounce back. Maybe we do win 4-0 now. Then we get a few days off which is a helluva bonus this time of year.

    • Suns sweep the Nuggets.
    • Jokic gets ejected.
    • Suns fan wins crowd fight (ok that was during game 3, but I hadn't mentioned it yet)

    significant happenings in the East.

Kyrie does his ankle, and the Nets without two of their superstars get hammered, and that series is suddenly 2-2

This post-season is wide open at this point

It's a war of attrition right now

Here’s me quietly hoping the Clippers get past the Jazz, then win their first conference finals and make their first NBA finals at the expense of Chris Paul

    😎

@act-crusader I've gone from expecting us to get bounced early in the finals to now expecting us to make the finals proper.

If CP3 stays healthy the Suns will have a decent chance in a wide open year

i saw that yesterday, hilarious video

old mate does the bait and switch and goes for the dog shots, and gets his clock absolutely cleaned. Two punches in and he was the bloke's bitch. The mate got a couple for good measure, and then they both ran the fuck away.

Old mate stands there with his hand s in the air, victorious.

How good for the Suns? After today every other series is 2-2, while they are resting up waiting for the next round

And given the number of minutes Chris Paul played on the series - he averaged 36 per game as opposed to playing only 30-31 during the regular season - the extra rest will be needed.

Simmons makes all defensive first team the same day he removed from the game with it hanging in the balance. Not clutch and not an offensive necessity for his team.

I’m not a Simmons fluffer but they needed a 3 to tie, so they naturally had 5 guys on the court that could hit a 3. Could you imagine a scenario where the Hawks just backed right off Ben to leave him wide open while the Hawks locked down on everyone else and Ben was forced to shooting the 3. Rivers would’ve been heaped on big time.

The Nets come back to win behind a huge performance from KD.

That was some effort from KD. I avoided the score all day to watch that, and it certainly didn't disappoint.

The stats obviously say a lot, but they just don't capture his D. Amazing.

That was an all-time performance, especially when you factor in Hardens suckiness, Kyries absence , and the overall series score.

J Green a huge help obvs!
