That was some effort from KD. I avoided the score all day to watch that, and it certainly didn't disappoint.

The stats obviously say a lot, but they just don't capture his D. Amazing.

That was an all-time performance, especially when you factor in Hardens suckiness, Kyries absence , and the overall series score.

J Green a huge help obvs!

It was a phenomenal performance. They were getting smashed. Joe Harris couldn’t hit the side of a barn door. Harden had a ā€œtriple singleā€ (shout out to Sir Charles) and played matador defence, Brown wasn’t at his active best.

KD went a stretch where he was just clutch shot after clutch shot. The Bucks were tough but KD just had that look in the 2nd half where he was not going to let the Nets lose. Jeff Green and Blake provided very good support.

KD played the whole game, but Giannis and Middleton also played big minutes. Both teams basically used 7 guys.

Will be interesting to see how the Bucks respond. They’re are a well rounded team, but there are chinks there in how they defend KD down the stretch.

Many a good player, even All-Star’s have been strategically subbed out for a final play for both offence or defence (Curry, Harden, Shaq, Dwight Howard (when he was good) etc). It’s the first time I actually recall it happening with Simmons to be honest

Stan Van Gundy out as the Pelicans coach. Zion will have 3 head coaches in 3 years.

Chris Paul (Covid protocols) and Kawhi (knee) now both out. What a bizarre season, injuries have played such a massive part. Murray, AD, Harden, Kyrie, Kawhi, Paul, Embiid, I'm sure I'm missing a few.

    LaMelo wins RoY

Illawarra to NBA RoY in 12 months is some sort of career trajectory

Was always a funny choice, but Stan is friends with the owner I think? Young team needs younger progressive coach

Philly with an all-time choke today, blowing a 27pt lead and not scoring for the last 4.5mins.

    At home.

Maybe Chauncey Billups? Seems to be a name that comes up. He was a tough player

I know he was a name player in college, but I believe how good Trae has become. He is putting up big numbers, in the game on Tues NZ time he had 25 points and 18 assists!!! Crazy
