Yep, if Scotland spank Croatia and Czech Republic beat England by 2 goals then Wales and Scotland go through to the last 16 and England are out.

Pretty sure 4 points is normally enough to go through.

16/24 teams make the playoffs, euros must be one of the most forgiving group stages in a tournament.
