TBH I'm not sure. The flanker eventually came off, but it was still up at the point whether his arm went out

I disagree. Fiji are playing pretty well, and are trying to make a mess of the breakdown.
The only thing I don't like is our lineout
Maybe a couple of real hard cleanouts to get them looking
