The more I think about it the more this game worries me. The Bucks can just come out and play. They have momentum - such as it is in basketball - and aren't expected to win. Picking up the W today means they go home with a chance to clinch the title. Its the same scenario for game six if Phoenix win today. They can just go to Milwaukee and play, knowing the worst that can happen is they play a game 7 at home.

One certainty for sure is that if the Suns lose today the pressure on Chris Paul will be massive.

Bridges and Paul hit threes to give us a chance and Milwaukee calls a time out. Much better. We need a hot hand here. Maybe this is where CP3 closes it out for us.

What a play at the end by Holiday.

    What a game!

Suns jet out the blocks with a big first quarter. Bucks then hit back in the 2nd and then go on a nice run in the 3rd.
Then the 4th was back and forth.

What a play by Holiday to even throw that alley-pop in that situation after the steal. TGF with a sweet finish.

I like to think all the pressure now goes on the Bucks to seal it at home 😉

Steal made around the 17-18 second mark, you are up by one point, you get the ball past halfcourt and usually try to run the clock, but with TGF running hard on the opposite wing, he has the presence of mind to throw it and I’d say between TGF and Lebron, not many other guys are catching that on the run and ramming it home, plus the foul.

As an aside, the foul Chris Paul committed on TGF would’ve been foul shot and possession if it were in the Olympics. Not really a basketball play, just a straight push!

The Suns with a dominant 2nd Q after the Bucks started stronger. Holiday is stinking up the joint and needs to find his shooting touch.

The Greek Freak finishes with 50 pts (17-19 FTs), 14 rebounds and 5 blocks.

Silences the doubters, and justifies his decision to stay on in MIL

TGF was not going to let his team lose today. Demanding the ball, barely passed it, was working his butt off on D, looked gassed at times, but kept going.

    McCaw-esque performance 😎

Yep, can't complain about that. Lost four on the trot and the best player out there stood up large today and sent it to us. We looked like we'd lost our mojo during games 4 and 5 so this wasn't a surprise. Well done Milwaukee. Your power tools are shit but your basketball team has earned this title

I really wanted that series to go to 7, but that performance by TGF was worth a game 6 finish and I think @voodoo got a payout?!

I hope the Suns get another chance - it was cool without LA in it.

@shark the supporting cast was a bit hit and miss in particular the last 3 games.

You would love it if DBook could come off that screen and hit that sweet mid range J every single possession, but it’s simply not sustainable and others need to keep the Bucks defence guessing.

Paul played better today, but the Bucks have some stingy defence and they have active hands which caused several Suns turnovers.

DBook, Middleton and Holiday are supposed to be joining the US team, will be interesting.

I didn't see much of the series, Phoenix had a great season with no obvious weaknesses. They just seemed to fade a bit

Sport is a game of inches.

If Durant's foot is one inch back in the Nets-Bucks game 7 then Bucks coach gets fired and Giannis is reinforced as a regular season Tarzan playoff Jane.

Instead Giannis goes on to dominate and take the title of best player in the world.

I would say the Suns missed Saric. Big fan of Saric and Philly should never have got rid of him.

What you get with Saric is a big that is mobile enough to try and limit TGF. The Suns had some very good success when they went small and played Saric at the 5. Not sure if it would’ve been the difference, but it certainly would’ve helped the Suns chances.
