Quite difficult to follow. At times I didn't think Stewart was in it. Great result for him and the two medals tonight salvage something for the cycling programme

I can’t understand (across almost all sports) how the graphic communication hasn’t moved with the technology abilities.
Surely we can see running totals etc.
Has been the same in lots of other sports too. You are relying on often shit commentators to follow what’s happening

Did you watch the kumite? No head gear, full body contact. I'm looking forward to seeing the guys go at it, would put Daniel San to shame I suspect.

The body speed and precision on show during the kata is amazing. CF Jr got to brown belt, his kata looked nothing like these
