Every new article I read about this guy, my "this guy is a tool" meter goes a bit higher.
I know... judging a guy from Stuff puff-pieces, but... just the general "vibe of the thing".

So... he could play at halfback? Not many of the current lot pass that well as it is...

My impression is that this guy would have no interest in passing, or learning to pass.

Then he could back up Ioane at 13...

I will post this on the Highlanders site as well.

Spoke to a very good family friend of Folau Fakatava
Crusaders almost had Folau Fakatava,he was about to sign a 3 year deal ,in fact the crusaders had released Bryn Hall ..but what they did not count on was the influence of his parents back in Tonga who reminded him of who gave him his opportunity and that was the Highlanders..he took heed of his parents advice and decided to stay in Dunedin ..that left the Crusaders scrambling to get Hall back on the books .
For me , I am glad he stayed with the Landers no disrespect to Crusaders but your already stacked I so many positions.

I heard very much the same, except Enari was released not Hall who resigned awhile ago.
The crusaders have now signed another HB from another franchise.

And will be in great shape if they have that person, Drummond, and Hall. I personally think Hall should get out and come to the Blues...

He deserves to cash in, I personally think he is underrated and I'd have liked to see him get an AB cap this season. I'll admit I'm swayed bc of the rugby pod, it's not hard to like a guy who speaks so well about every other halfback without seeming to drop his lip that he didn't get a chance.

And here it is. The most underwhelming Crusaders signing in many years.

So is Hall off overseas? I guess Roigard was re signed with Jamie Booth gone to sort Canes. So are Enari and Taumateine possibles for the new Pacific franchise. So much silence on who they have recruited so far.
