@african-monkey when the offer is Super plus NPC, id say thats a very very easy decision. and the right one, without doubt

Yeah, I'm unsure why this is riling some posters up, snowflakes indeed. 😉

Maybe it shows society is getting soft take the easy Road,Spit the Dummy to easy, that will make you stronger NOT.
Not a reflection so much on this player a reflection on people in general now.A lot softer hence Snowflakes.

None of this rings true to me. Players have left their area for better opportunities for years. Why would you stay if another team can secure your a Super contract? Your Crusaders dynasty was built on this method.

Leaving for a better contract is not spitting the dummy. Let's use our favourite Magpies example, BBBR could have stayed in Chch and played lower grade rugby to try and work his way past Big Bird, instead he moved to HB and the Chiefs and became the superstar he is today. What a snowflake.

You are entitled to your thinking,I just don't like people who don't want to work for things.

Will we see, every young player in the future fucking off overseas because they are not given an AB jersey instead of sticking to it and growing their game to be worthy of it.
because that is the top end spill over from that attitude.Poor wee darlings just give them what they want because they think they deserve it.

No wonder we are a becoming a whining PC world, harden the fuck up is my opinion.

Keen to see what Roger can do on kick return/counter attack in rugby.

He doesn't need to deal with all the offside kick chasers in league anymore.

@tim from that article about ABs being released

Other All Blacks may be made available for their provinces on Sunday with a decision to be made after the test against the Wallabies in Auckland on Saturday night.

@tim If Ofa wasn't considered for the ABs because of his injury (see ABs media release), I doubt he'll be playing for Auckland.

That highlight reel is insane. A few Blues players about to be pretty happy running off his shoulder!

Weirdly, Jarred Adams is listed in Auckland's player profiles. Maybe he is on loan to Manawatu?

His D.O.B is wrong on that page.

I think they just got it wrong. That is actually Albert Anae. The D.O.B also matches Anae's too.

@tim That is a picture of Albert Anae over Adam's name. Just a proof reading error by the editer/uploader I think. Pretty disappointing page imo. No Bio, weights/ heights etc. Hickey, Cobb and James Lay are there, must still be contracted but out injured for the season.

Its amazing how quickly Auckland's front row depth changed from the strong, young and talented group of last season. Suddenly this year Adams and Paea move away to Manawatu and Harbour, I guess looking for more game time, then Ta'avao is in the AB's, James Lay is injured, Marco Fepulea’i stays in the U.S. , and we are left having to sign relative journeymen like Albert Anae and Jordan Lay to fill out a squad. Already they had to have a colt in Ahio on the bench first round. Thinking bigger picture, I think the most important signatures that Auckland and the Blues need to secure going forward are the two young props Ahio and Fusitua. They have been dominant at colts and NZ U20's together. Any or all of the Blues All Black front row contingent could head north chasing the Yen/Euro after 2023 world cup year.

New recruit Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is a good chance to play for Auckland next weekend and may have been included in the squad to play Ta$man in Nelson on Saturday but for a knee injury which is hampering his kicking practice.
