Maybe the pork lobby groups are more prominent, but they seem to talk them up over here a lot. But Iamb chops are the best chop in town.
I do love a good pork roast when it’s done properly.

personally i think the devaluing has come from too many...lost this one? no worry, there are 12 more this year and at least 2 or 3 against the same team

lamb shoulder chops are cheap and sooooo good.
An incredible amount of calories in each one though
