Maybe the pork lobby groups are more prominent, but they seem to talk them up over here a lot. But Iamb chops are the best chop in town.
I do love a good pork roast when it’s done properly.

lamb shoulder chops are cheap and sooooo good.
An incredible amount of calories in each one though

But pork ribs are fucking amazing and in no way overrated. They are perfectly rated.
