I read that after the Cuban missile crisis, as had Kennedy agreed not to fly U2's over the Soviet Union, the RAF did instead...

Also noted that you really only have a chance if it is a cheap coffin. Moral of the story is, when burying people alive, don't scrimp on the box.

I happened to watch the episode of Toast of London where Stephen Toast got buried alive - just last night. And that seemed to suggest that with the right phone, @nzzp could be posting from the coffin. If he was being REALLY conservative with his oxygen.
