<p>I'm pretty sure he is not a nice man. His opponents for the most part deserve him though I think that probably balances things out. </p>
<p>Apparently google earth has images suggesting Penny Bright has been stealing water since 2012 and she was bragging about it on a blog in the weekend.</p> -
