@tim FFS! I heard he had a moonboot on last week, which didn't sound good.

        12 Levi Aumua
        13 Leicester Fainga'anuku

Don't expect to see much passing. Hard to think of a more physical, battering ram pairing in recent years

@duluth I wish we had Nankivell at 2nd five. Rapiers and Broadswords.

I have just checked in and see that the score at halftime is Ta$man 39 - 07 Southland
Looking at that ore is must be a very one-sided encounter.

The first time I have watched Southland this year. Geez, Aliamalo looks a shadow of his former self.

@higgins It is. Not a great watch if you're tuning in for an entertaining game. More an opposed training run for Ta$man.

@stargazer Might lull them into a false sense of security for next week with a bit of luck.

I thought this game started later and switched on after 12 minutes to see we were already up 19-0. It's a relaxing way to watch the footy! 🙂

Southland look shell-shocked and not much going right for them - apart from Ta$man gifting Marty Banks his 1000th point via an intercept and canter to the line.

Aumua's strip and try from GPT is something that doesn't happen quite so blatantly very often.

@bovidae pretty sad really, a dude that looked like he could go all the way and is currently barely NPC standard...hope his off field issues are being sorted

Isi Tuúngafasi and Anton Segner both went off injured.

Tuúngafasi arm or shoulder. Segner neck. Hope both are OK for next week.

Laban says Tom Marshall has gone to Japan, so we won't have him any more.

Like the look of Tavatavanawai - some similarities to Sevu Reece in his game.

Regan Ware has a way to go to beat Rico Gear's provincial record of playing for the most teams but Ta$man is his 4th province. Not bad for someone who plays more sevens now.

He played against another province whore today - GPT (BOP, Harbour, Auckland, Canterbury, Southland)

I'm pretty surprised someone else hadn't already signed him.
