Just a killer tune. Nobody played the bass like old Lem. His solo here kicks ass.
I wouldn’t call Lemmy a great bass player as such but the tone he got from the Rickenbacker was pretty damn beautiful….and of course as a Rock Star and front man for Motörhead he was as good as it got. Legend.

When he joined Hawkwind he’d never played one. He wanted to play guitar, but he was given a choice of bass-or-nothing, so he ran with it and attacks the bass like it’s a rhythm guitar.
….and of course as a Rock Star and front man for Motörhead he was as good as it got. Legend.
This one doesn’t get a lot of love, but it’s one of their best songs. Years ago at a gentlemans club I saw a hot stripper dressed in western gear, toy pistols and cowboy boots use this as her intro. It was awesome.

Probably like the first album from bloc party - silent alarm one of the best albums of that decade
