On the Wrampling rumor - i was reading the comments about the Anton Segner signing on the Blues Facebook page and noticed someone commented then tagged Gideon and another Wrampling person to their post. (May just be because they were team mates at NZ schools level i think) but adds a little to the intrigue.
I love how we go into detective mode when there's a lack of squad news.
@tim love this time of the year , it actually disappoints me that a real big opportunity is always missed by the franchises to drip feed some signed players each day to build momentum.
Moana Pacifika has done it brilliantly unloading signings each day , and checking on their social netwok each day and watching the interest build has been superb.
It also leads to plenty of speculation and chat. -

@tim I also stalked the page of the person who made the post. They have pictures of a baby in Blues jersey captioned "Blues all Day" so they are also a Blues supporter - even intrigueier!

Looks like they are in the middle of updating their site and haven't updated the certificates yet.
If you click past the warnings there is a new, and mostly empty, site

If the Chiefs sign Nock and let Ratima go, I might be a bit pissed.
If they can keep Cortez on a development contract and have four, then that might be different.

@gt12 At the very least we need to have Ratima in the system, or the Chiefs risk losing him forever. He's only 20 so being on a WTG contract isn't a bad thing.

After the Segner signing I am suddenly more keen on watching tonight's Cantab v Mako game. I havn't seen much of Segner so it will be interesting to see him match up at 7 against Gibson the younger. Also with the Romano rumor, interested to see how he keeps up with the pace that Ta$man tend to play with.

@daffy-jaffy Based on 30 minutes of tonight's game, Segner is busy, but lacks impact - especially on defence. Will be 3rd or 4th choice number 7 at the Blues.

@tim Agreed. He still has a bit of growing to do. He looks like a boy at the moment.
