@rapido also a similar blue to the waratahs, not sure yellow trim is enough to separate them from a distance

at least that's a proper alternate strip that's a) an entirely different colour to the main strip and b) one colour rather than combination of colours/patterns so that it doesn't look like that Bulls strip above.
@kiwimurph just wish we'd go with some old school rugby designs, stripes or example, if you're going to have a second colour then make it noticable

@rapido that was such a sick jersey, was annoyed we only had a faint watermark rather than full pattern like the canes/chiefs and blues all did

@kiwimurph yeah, but there have been LOADS of examples in the few years where we've had to ave both teams wearing always jerseys or something stupid like changing at half time

something thats interesting design wise...because the jersey itself is a similar blue to the tail/ocean on their logo...they have had to change the colour of the logo to a dark blue, interesting to tweak your brand identity like that

I shit you not 7 of the 12 teams have blue as their primary colour and the brumbies are blue/white and have had all blues jerseys before so maybe 8 or the 12.....

@kiwiwomble I guess the new NZ team jerseys will be launched within a week, likely Monday. We usually get a leak by now.

i have foolishly got my self excited we might see a maroon highlanders jersey, they stuck up a post a couple of months back of the last one we had asking if people loved it, thought it was the best away jersey...will probably be disappointed
