Nice to see Green finally take a wicket. Helluva catch from Hoff as well.

I'll take 147. Lost our way a bit in the middle there and Pope looks like an active, compact player with a lot of potential.

David with a W and Stokes were just lack of concentation. Neither of those balls were hitting pegs. Burns won't step across again like that.

Six ducks this year indicates he’s prone to brain farts.

I'm not saying he won't get out for a duck. Just that it is unlikely to be that way again.

53 wickets at 38.07, Glenn Turner never stood a chance!

They obviously couldn't find any tomatoes in this game, but should've look harder. KOK didn't even get a bowl and Turner made two hundreds.

Skull got him in the test prior to the one Turner got his double. That wicket was after the Oz quicks were getting treatment from Turner.

Cue the next test and Turner is having his way and the Oz captain wouldn’t even bring Skull on to test Turner. That was Skull’s point and in the context of the analytics discussion. He was actually having a go at the Aussie captain…

The pitch hasn't played like a minefield though. Most England wickets were from loose shots and prods rather than balls swinging or jagging back off the seam.

I'm not saying we'll put on 500 but I think par is probably 250 or 300.

@barbarian will be interesting how the Oz middle order goes. I think if Warner gets off to a good start and the pressure is somewhat off them, at least one or two of them could flourish with the bounce of this wicket. If Oz are 3/18, I see it going not too dissimilar to England.

I don’t. It’s a superior batting line up vs and inferior bowling line up

Yep. This current England side has little depth in the batting and a mixture of ageing and not quite there bowling. Aus have a great attack and enough in the batting.

Pray for rain. For a loooong time.

@Catogrande Oz just have far more in the way of class players, it’s that simple.

53 wickets at 38.07, Glenn Turner never stood a chance!

They obviously couldn't find any tomatoes in this game, but should've look harder. KOK didn't even get a bowl and Turner made two hundreds.

Skull might be a bit too old school to realise there are ways for people to check how accurate his yarns are bless him.

lol, he may not have even dismissed him at all in test cricket

Skull got him in the test prior to the one Turner got his double. That wicket was after the Oz quicks were getting treatment from Turner.

Cue the next test and Turner is having his way and the Oz captain wouldn’t even bring Skull on to test Turner. That was Skull’s point and in the context of the analytics discussion. He was actually having a go at the Aussie captain…

Nice first over from Robinson but speed wise he's bowling in the 120s compared to the Aussies bowling in the 140s.

good lines but 10-12km too slow. And that's a lot.
