Grumpy late thirties man! Driving on a gravel road behind a townie/tourist!
I took a very scenic route from Tuakau to Hamilton via Port Waikato to visit my Uncles grave in Te Akau. I got stuck behind a Jucy rental van on the gravel road after Port Waikato and the bastards drove 30km/h for several KM's and didn't let me pass at all. I am glad the were heading for the Nikau Caves/Café and not Waingaro. I got behind a farmer towing a heavy trailer later on and he pulled over to let me past the first opportunity he got.

List an item on Facebook Marketplace - which is always a fluffybunny of an experience, I'm well aware.
$150 "No Offers". It has been up for about an hour or so - my daughter's old iPhone 8 which is still in decent condition bar a couple of cracks in the bezel. Screen and home button still fine. Battery decent. Have seen people selling them for about $200 so figured that was a fair price.
First contact: "What about $100?"
Reply: "$150. No Offers"
Radio silence.Second contact: "What about $120 I come now?"
Reply: "$150 if you come now"
Second contact: "I can be there 11:30 if you make it $135 that would be great"Third contact: "If the home button works then I'll take it between 2-3 PM"
Reply: "Sweet."Reply to second contact: "I've got a solid offer for this afternoon. If it falls through I'll let you know."
You see, fluffybunnies? That wasn't hard.

Sounds about right. I put on an ikea kids bed for free once - you know, help people out who need one but struggling.
Got so many questions on it - the state of it, kids stickers etc.
Drove me nuts. So I ended up putting a price on it and it was gone in a day.
It seems if you put free on it attracts only those looking to pick up and sell for ap profit.

Had an absolute blast trolling my BIL when he was selling his trampoline that his kids grew out of.
Questions like "approximately how many times do you think is has been jumped on?" and "how often do you have to move it to protect the lawn underneath?" cracked me up way more than they should have.

We've had that. We used FreeCycle which is a place to list stuff to give away and get free stuff but it started to get abused by re-sell fluffybunnies.
Just give our stuff to the Hospice movement now. You know any money they make is going somewhere useful and they are smart enough sellers to get a good price. We even get emails from them telling us how much they made from what we gave them.
