@machpants obi wan is supposed to be like 60 i think and vader maybe 40's but also mainly robot....so not exactly bouncing
and doing flips off the walls like we see in the prequels....but yes, much better than the original fight

yes, it still needs some work, there is one point where avder has his sword pushing down on obi's...he could just swing it across and take off his head but theyre hitting a pose

Count Dooku was pretty agile for 80 odd…..

But I think we all know that is the scene we would have got if Lucas knew the phenomenon he had created and had the budget/special effects and choreography for it

@mn5 very true...but he had embraced the full power of the dark side! but yes, there is real misalignment all over star wars, force healing anyone

thinking about it, i never knew if dooku was 80 or just christopher lee, was he playing someone younger? no younger than obi wan so the point still stands

I think Dooku was around Lee’s age, there’s also a question of whether he was a true Sith given his eyes never changed colour.

He was also too smart to be as dumb as he was in that he didn’t see Palpatine was grooming Annakin but that’s another story….

    Even slipped in a mate.

Good western vibes. Be interesting in what the main story ends up being.

    Tem was great.

I cringed a bit at that

I was a bit confused though, how come he struggled so much against those dudes with the shields and got hurt ? It was only six vs four…..

@mn5 seem to be playing up the injuries. Seems to be struggling more than in the Mandalorian. Guess we will find out why n

Yeah, I get why he was a bit weak vs the Tusken Raiders as he’d just escaped the Sarlacc…….but remember how much he fucked up all those Storm Troopers in Mando ? He looked powerful then…..also when surrounded by those guys why didn’t he just jet pack out of there ?

Cool seeing Gamoreans kick a bit of arse, I always knew they’d be tough fuckers when not facing lightsabers.

Hmm. Not bad. But that fight scene with the ninjas was shit. Hope it gets better.

At least cool to finally find out how he survived.

Some of the reviews online are mixed. They make a good point where his ‘arc’ was kinda completed in Mando and we don’t really need to see much more. Will be interesting how things pan out

@mn5 all depends on the story they decide to tell, very early to talk about arcs being completed.

Look at Maul in the Clone Wars, by that rational his was done in Episode 1.

Yeah that whole Crimson Dawn thing in Solo potentially has legs, could be interesting what they do there although I doubt ( hope ) a Solo sequel isn’t in the works.

I think they are finishing that story in the comics.

Yeah and Wookiepedia is good for filling in blanks although there’s lots of confusion as to what is Canon or not.

Both Maul AND Fett were brought back from the dead purely cos the fans love them.

Yeah we'll need alot more to establish how and why he's headed this way. Looking at him now you'd think he's tired and due for retirement and his much more virile and enthusiastic sidekick should be the leader.

How'd a stormtrooper get in the Sarlac pit btw?

I’m assuming one of those green lizards freaked out and threw him off while they were out on patrol, I’m not sure how keen his mates would have been to rescue him
