Thank you, and also to others who told me that. I was generally aware of the sculpture and of his celebrated first try, as separate things. I am pleased that I was able to identify him in the black and white photo by recognising his face from so long ago.

The photographer was on his game that day!

@nepia Brooke R cleaned Rushy out late and off the ball. Rush took exception and retaliated but was concussed and went for the wrong Brooke. Rush was binned.

This won’t surprise you at all but I remember that game more vividly than any AB game last year.
