@nzbloke Thanks for this. I would have fitted in nicely amongst this crowd given my hairstyle and stage of development is very similar to many of the follicly challenged ravers present!

Don't mind that song, but I don't think I've ever seen a crowd I wanted to be a part of less ...

So many men there suffering in hope of a root when they get home.

Not exactly the mosh pit is it
Not my thing so I hadn't watched the video until you posted.
The rest homes of London must have been empty. Never seen such a large number of uncoordinated people failing to keep the beat

Dave has clearly lived an eventful life...

This is exactly what I imagine those pre-covid days concerts in vineyards must be like. Hell.

The chick on the violin was hot.
That’s about as positive as I’ll ever get about ELO.

Looking forward to this:
‘Some of Us Went Through Hell’: New King Crimson Doc Trailer Reveals Agony and Ecstasy of Legendary Band
Doc will show, according to co-founder Robert Fripp, “The rock & roll lifestyle of glamour and excess in fine detail, including getting on and off buses, living and dying, resentment, a little humor, and even some music”

I saw those guys play about 30 years ago on a tiny stage. The acrobatics the two fat guitarists pulled off on that small space was something to behold, believe me.

hugely underrated band

In The Court of The Crimson King has to be one of the best debut albums ever. Really was a new sound. The first fully prog rock album as opposed to bands playing with raga, classical or mediaeval music and a much darker, heavier vibe.
I have every Crimson studio album but rarely listen to them nowadays and only really the stuff up to Red
-
@dogmeat I've heard good things about the 1980s KC (particularly Discipline), but I haven't listened to that era myself.
Did anyone else see The Crimson Projekct when they played in Auckland back in 2014? Obviously no Fripp but Belew, Levin and Mastelotto were involved.

The thing I don't understand is why they even show shots of the crowd.
The song is cool, the stage setup is awesome, there's about 20 musicians up there who I'm sure are all superb given Lynn's legendary standards, Lynn himself is pretty damn charismatic for a 70+ year old & you have superb wide screen visuals of a packed out Wembley Stadium.
Why on earth show shots of old people dancing like they live in a rest home to completely ruin it?
