<p>Everything about that story is infuriating. Basically 60k down the drain for nothing thanks to that deadbeat couple who won't stop having children despite being broke, or doing meth or doing a single thing to help themselves because its easier to get handouts.</p>

<p>That's a situation where the kids need to be removed from the parents and put into care of people that can actually look after them. Problem being there is nobody to give them too.</p>

<p>I did a job a few years back and dealt with a guy, my age, had 2 kids, my kids age, and I was casually asking him questions as I needed to for the job...turned out, he was earning $11,000 a year or so on the sickness benefit - he wasn't sick, but he had given up work and was allowed to claim this to look after his sick wife (on same benefit) who had been ill for the past few years and she had just died and he said he was a bit lost and didn't know what he was going to do.</p>

<p>Broke my heart, almost cried right there in front of him, in fact its dusty in my office now remembering the conversation...he didn't complain, was greatful for everything he was getting, and yet you get grubs like those above, you could pay them $10k a week and they'd say it wasn't enough.</p> -

<p>She's been pregnant pretty much since she was 17, she even managed to have a kid in the hotel and you'd have to be a moron to believe her claim that the four houses she lived in that were contaminated with p had nothing to do with her or her partner.
