Yeah, I kind of stopped when she started up but the whole band is great. Would love to get the tapes of that and take the godawful vocals out because the rest deserves better.

Since we’re in summer I’ll use a cricket comparison. The Band are Kane Williamson, the singer is test playing Mitch Santner.
Seriously, what an absolutely awful voice. A bit like infectious grooves ( awesome musos with sub par singers ) but way worse. That’s probably why I’ve never heard of them.

@mariner4life G n R Appetite for Destruction for me (my parents bought it, mostly for my sister). But And Justice for All was my first at uni in 1996.

Justice was the reason that the band decided to.get.an actual producer, because they know they fucked up the album

Thr Black album is fucking sick and better than the 80s metal heads will admit. I have a soft spot for half of load
Everything else he touched fucking sucked. Culminating in St Anger.

Yeah, the Black album sounds incredible, and has some of their best songs, but after that, no going back to thrash roots - and they were no where near good enough musicians to try to do country rock or desert rock.
