I think this entry in Wikipedia might explain my ignorance…..
“In 2012, Dyer played the lead role in Ray Cooney's Run For Your Wife. Upon release in 2013, it was savaged by critics, who described it as one of the worst British films of all time. The film took in a mere £747 during its opening weekend.[36]”

Now you mention it I also saw the least famous guy out of the four young fellas in “Lock stock and two smoking barrels”
I reckon he's the second most famous of the four. Been acting since he was a kid, was pretty well known in the UK in the early 90s, was in BoB, and has been a director of some high profile movies in recent times.
I have no idea what Jason Flyming and Nick Moran do with their time these days.

I’ve seen both in films lately ( albeit in small roles ) and haven’t seen old mate Dexter.
So like I say, 4th most famous

You didn't even know their names and neither of them were in BoB.

Yeah but I’d have recognised them more quickly if I saw them on the tube

I think that's a you thing. Clearly you haven't watched BoB the required amount of times.

i remember when they played the BDO (1995 i think?) and i was the only one of my mates interested in watching. They preferred to get set for Ministry

I quite like a lot of Stings solo stuff, he definitely matured as an artist from the punk/reggae tear away he started out as when he was in the Police, what a band they were. His music is memorable, catchy and meaningful without being sappy or too MOR.
But I guess the main point I want to make is the chick in the background has huge cans.

I saw The Cult open for Aerosmith in the US and was surprised how few people turned up early to watch them. A great live band. I last saw them at the Powerstation a few years back.
