Saturday, 16 April: Chiefs v Moana Pasifika, FMG Stadium, Waikato, 4.35pm – Moved from Friday 15 April

Wasn't the Friday 15th game Highlanders v Hurricanes?

Yes, but they made two changes. Originally Chiefs vs MP was April 15, then moved to April 16 to give both teams another day after the April 12 (Tuesday) game which is no longer happening. Highlanders vs Hurricanes moved to the Friday.

    @bovidae

But the Crusaders v Blues is now on the 15th

Friday, 15 April: Crusaders v Blues, Orangetheory Stadium, Christchurch, 7.05pm – Postponed from Round 5

I think both the games you mentioned are now on the 16th but they missed a line in the updates?

@fakatavafuture I guess the positive is that when they face those Aussie teams they will be battle hardened.

It's getting complicated as Chiefs vs MP was 7:05 pm but is now 4:35 pm according to above. That means the 7:05 pm on Sat is open, presumably the Highlanders vs Hurricanes game. Too many schedule changes.

Why can't MP and Canes for example play a cactch up when the TT part of comp is on?

Comps a bloody shambles, not sure if you'll get postponed or what day a game will be shifted to.

You realise that its better than cancelling and that players can't play because they are sick?

I think its great the NZR are being agile on this.

Some of those odds are remarkably flattering IMO.

Caveat: Not a bookmaker nor a professional punter.

I dont mind a bit of a bet, The Drua look good for me for an upset.
Havent spent alot of time watching Welly, are they 30.5 points better than Moana Pasifika?

I wouldn't think so. But then you only have to look at my tipping record to qualify that advice.

    (agree on the Drua)

@crucial too many debutants and players returning from injury to win by that much.

    They should be

Pasifika have lost by 21 points when the Crusaders had a bit of a shocker & by 47 points against the Chiefs

Also remember Pasifika has to play a game on Tuesday so they'll be managing their resources

The MPs have three debutants in their lineup as well plus a lot of guys that are realistically NPC players so 30.5 points looks a touch low if anything.

@higgins I’ve got a weird feeling about this one, I hope we win by 30+ but I think it will be closer than that.

For a professional sport, rugby administration can act pretty amateur at times
