As good a time as any to list a few of my favourite Foos songs, a band I’ve always had a very tough time placing in my all time list.
Everlong, Monkeywrench, Big Me, My Hero and lots of other extremely well known tracks have no place here.
I personally always preferred the lesser known more underrated numbers like the following……
And most of all this one……

As for the 2nd video, god those grunge guys and their "i reeeeaaaalllly don't want to be famous. We are just so anti rock stardom. waaaah" attitudes piss me off when i hear them now.
The PJ guys could be real dicks about it too. I remember hearing a story about how the drummer (i think) wanted a mustang his whole life. They got rich, he bought one, and his bandmates looked down on him for it. Get over yourself.

While I love Cassidy when it is just her and her acoustic guitar this song shows she can belt it out when she wants. When she let's go at 2:30 I get blown away every time.
Gone too soon.
It’s FUCKEN hard ( to me at least ) to sound interesting and compelling with just a voice and guitar. Very few people can do it without sounding weepy and annoying or like a shitty busker.

There are so many people like this. It’s odd.
One of the traders at our biggest clients got sacked as he bought a 911. Didn’t fit the image. Of a professional derivatives trading house.
People need to get over themselves.
