Napier Boys steal another line-out, and their right wing goes for a run but runs away from his support. Palmy eventually turn the ball over. Scrum.

Very dumb play from the Napier left winger, who in attempt to keep the ball in play, slaps it back for one of the Palmy players to pick it up. Almost try, but held-up.

From the following penalty, then line-out, Palmy's hooker dives over though.

Palmy's fullback converts the try.

It's mystery to me why Palmy got the following scrum. Then a Palmy crossfield kick is caught by a Napier player.

Geez, the ref should at least on two occasions blown his whistle in favour of Napier, but didn't. Now he awards a penalty to Palmy. Is he a Hastings supporter, or is he overcompensating his wish to appear impartial?

Palmy have been guilty of some high tackles, but ref doesn't penalise them.
